Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Beltmar (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Beltmar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.

You may not:

• •Sublicense, resell, or otherwise provide the Service to third parties without written consent
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service
• •Use the Service to build a competing product or service
• •Remove or obscure any proprietary notices within the Service

Accounts & Access

You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the security of your credentials — do not share passwords
• •All activity that occurs under your account or workspace
• •Ensuring invited team members comply with these Terms
• •Notifying us promptly at support@beltmar.com if you suspect unauthorized access

Accounts must be registered with accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or generate within Beltmar (“Customer Data”). By using the Service, you grant Beltmar a limited license to process your Customer Data solely to deliver, operate, maintain, and improve the Service for you.

• •Beltmar does not claim ownership of your Customer Data
• •You may export or delete your Customer Data at any time from your workspace settings
• •We do not use your Customer Data to train AI models shared across other customers

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send behavioral data from your website visitors to Beltmar, including providing required disclosures and obtaining any necessary consent.

Intellectual Property

Beltmar and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, designs, interfaces, documentation, and underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you other than the limited license described above.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you. You are not required to provide feedback.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• •In a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of others
• •To transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• •To attempt unauthorized access to any system, network, or account
• •To interfere with or degrade the performance or availability of the Service
• •To track individuals in a way that violates applicable privacy law or without required notice and consent

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, continuous access to the Service, but we do not guarantee:

• •Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• •That any particular feature will remain available indefinitely
• •That the Service is free from errors, and that defects will be corrected on a specific timeline

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable. We will not make changes that materially degrade the core functionality of your active subscription without giving you the option to cancel.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Beltmar generates interpretive signals — not predictions, guarantees, or recommendations. You are solely responsible for any decisions made on the basis of information provided by the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beltmar's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Beltmar in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. You may request export of your Customer Data for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
