By accessing or using Beltmar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Beltmar for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• •Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Beltmar
• •Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

User Accounts

When you create an account with Beltmar, you are responsible for:

• •All activities that occur under your account
• •Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Data Ownership & Usage

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate within Beltmar. By using the service, you grant Beltmar:

• •A license to use, process, and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing the Beltmar service
• •Permission to store your data securely and generate insights based on your data
• •The right to delete your data upon your request or account termination

Beltmar does not claim ownership of your data. You may export or delete your data at any time.

Service Availability

Beltmar strives to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

Termination

In no event shall Beltmar or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Beltmar, even if Beltmar or a Beltmar authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Beltmar is a tool for interpretation and understanding, not for making automated decisions. You are responsible for all decisions made based on insights provided by Beltmar.

Changes to Terms

Beltmar reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to these terms.
