For agencies

Ten clients. One dashboard.

Stop rebuilding the same report in a different spreadsheet for every account. Beltmar tracks each client's audience separately, drafts their content on their own schedule, and hands you a report you can send as-is.

The problem with most agency tooling

Most analytics tools are built for one site. Agencies run ten.

So the reporting becomes manual — a screenshot here, a spreadsheet there, an hour before every check-in call rebuilding what should already exist. Beltmar was built the other way: one operator, many client workspaces, each one isolated but all visible from a single roster.

Built for running clients

What you get for every account

Client roster

01

Every account, one screen

People tracked, activity this week, and a plain read on who has gone quiet — before they tell you.

Content calendar

02

Each client's own schedule

Posting cadence per client — three a week, five a week, or daily — not one calendar stretched across everyone.

Client reports

03

What you did, and what happened

A monthly report per client, pairing what got published with who actually engaged. One link, ready to send.

Isolation

04

Client data stays client data

Every workspace is separate — one client's numbers never leak into another's report or subscriber list.

How it works

Three steps per client

01

Add a client workspace

Each client gets their own tracked site, audience, and content calendar.

02

Set their cadence

Beltmar drafts on schedule — reviewed before anything goes out.

03

Send the report

One click builds the month, freezes the numbers, and hands you a link to share.

What your client sees

One link. Their numbers, your work.

Questions

Before you bring a client in

What happens if a client leaves?

Their workspace is archived or removed on its own — every client is isolated, so closing one account never touches another client’s data, audience, or content calendar.

How does billing work across clients?

One subscription for the agency. Seats and client workspaces are pooled under the $299/mo plan below, not billed per client.

What if I need more than 10 clients?

Get in touch — we’ll talk through a custom arrangement rather than force-fit a plan that doesn’t match how many clients you actually run.

Do clients get their own login?

No login required on their end. Clients get a read-only report link — no account to create, nothing for them to set up.

Agency plan

$299/mo

10 client workspaces, 10 seats, 12-month retention, up to 1,000,000 tracked events a month. Everything above is included, not an add-on.
